JAMES E. TOOTHMAN

James E. Toothman has been practicing law in the Silicon Valley for the past 36 years. During this time, he has been both the senior partner and managing partner in law firms emphasizing all facets of real estate related matters, civil business litigation and civil business and transactional law. Mr. Toothman's experience as an entrepreneur in the real estate, business acquisition, and profit financing markets has enhanced his ability to effectively represent clients in real estate, finance and business transactions, along with his exceptional skills at contract drafting and negotiations. He has extensive experience with both large and small mergers and acquisitions, and has formed joint ventures on behalf of both national and international corporations. Mr. Toothman also successfully handles the formation and structuring of corporations and partnerships including "S" corporations, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships.

Mr. Toothman is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association and Santa Clara Bar Association. He is also active in the community as a Santa Clara County judge pro tem and as an arbitrator and mediator.

Admissions: Supreme Court of the United States, Supreme Court of the State of California, District of California, Northern, Southern and Central District of California and U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

JOEL F. DONAHOE

Joel Donahoe received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis in 1998, and his B.A in Political Science from UCLA in 1995. Mr. Donahoe concentrates on real estate, business transactions and business litigation. His experience includes dispute resolution in the real estate, construction and business areas, by way of mediation, arbitration and trials.

He has also handled the formation, conversion and dissolution of numerous partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, and has assisted with the negotiation and completion of commercial real estate and assets purchases.

Mr. Donahoe is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and is also admitted to all the courts of the state of California as well as the United State District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

ERICA B. LILLUND

Erica Lillund received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2006 and her B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration from Sonoma State University in 2001. Ms. Lillund has experience with business litigation, real estate litigation, and Attorney-Client Fee arbitrations.

Prior to James E. Toothman and Associates, Ms. Lillund participated in the discovery phase of patent litigation suits at multiple Silicon Valley firms, worked as an editor at Lexis-Nexis, and clerked at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco.

Ms. Lillund is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to all of the California State Courts.
